MAP_BACKGROUND

This command will make the specified map become the background of the main menu. May not work since Panorama mode (new CS:GO UI).

map_background [Map Code]

Description

This command will make the specified map become the background of the main menu. May not work since Panorama mode (new CS:GO UI).

How To Use map_background

  1. Enable the developer console in Counter-Strike settings.
  2. Open the console with the tilde key (~).
  3. Enter map_background [Map Code], replacing bracketed arguments with the value you want, then press Enter.

This legacy command is not currently listed as compatible with Counter-Strike 2.

Map Code The map code of the map you wish to set as the background of the main menu.

game_mode

This command can be used to enable and disable round win conditions. By default, this command is disabled (meaning win conditions are not ignored).

mp_warmup_end

This command ends the warmup.

inferno_damage

This fun console command is used to change how much damage molotov and incendiary grenades do . When cheats are activated, you can set this value to be incredibly high or incredibly low.

inferno_max_range

This command sets the maximum distance that flames from a molotov or incendiary grenade can spread from their initial point of impact with the ground.

Use this console command to instantly change the map you're currently playing to a different map.
