This command will print to console the name of the map you are currently playing on. This can also be used to change the "host_map" that appears in server queries if you provide a map name as an argument.

This command will print to console the name of the map you are currently playing on. This can also be used to change the "host_map" that appears in server queries if you provide a map name as an argument.
How To Use host_map
- Enable the developer console in Counter-Strike settings.
- Open the console with the tilde key (
~). - Enter
host_map, replacing bracketed arguments with the value you want, then press Enter.
This legacy command is not currently listed as compatible with Counter-Strike 2.
