joy_axis_deadzone [Deadzone]
Description
This console command dictates where the deadzone is on your controller sticks that will stop feeding back movement to the game client.
How To Use joy_axis_deadzone
- Enable the developer console in Counter-Strike settings.
- Open the console with the tilde key (
~). - Enter
joy_axis_deadzone [Deadzone], replacing bracketed arguments with the value you want, then press Enter.
This legacy command is not currently listed as compatible with Counter-Strike 2.

joy_axis_deadzone [Deadzone]
| Deadzone | How much of the zone of your joystick to be the deadzone. Deadzone areas don't report inputs to the client. The default value for this command is 0.2. |
