This command toggles whether or not your radar rotates as you rotate and look around with your camera. Some players find disabling this feature makes it easier to use the radar.

This command toggles whether or not your radar rotates as you rotate and look around with your camera. Some players find disabling this feature makes it easier to use the radar.

How To Use cl_radar_rotate

  1. Enable the developer console in Counter-Strike settings.
  2. Open the console with the tilde key (~).
  3. Enter cl_radar_rotate [0 / 1], replacing bracketed arguments with the value you want, then press Enter.

This command is listed as compatible with Counter-Strike 2.

Syntax And Arguments

cl_radar_rotate [0 / 1]
0 / 1 Enter a 0 after this console command to prevent the radar from rotating as your character model rotates. Use a 1 after this command to have the radar rotate as you rotate (default).

cl_hud_playercount_pos

Use this command to adjust where the player count (players who are in the server) menu is shown on your HUD. This also changes where the scoreboard is, that shows rounds won by each team. You can place it at the top of your screen or at the bottom.

cl_radar_icon_scale_min

This console command changes how large your character dot appears on the radar.
