How To Use cl_showfps
- Enable the developer console in Counter-Strike settings.
- Open the console with the tilde key (
~). - Enter
cl_showfps [0 / 1], replacing bracketed arguments with the value you want, then press Enter.
This command is listed as compatible with Counter-Strike 2.

cl_showfps [0 / 1]
| 0 / 1 | Enter a 1 after this command to turn on the FPS counter, and a 0 after the command to turn it off. |
